At ICT Billet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

We accept returns within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any shipping costs.
Items must be in new, unused condition. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been installed.
Non-ICT Billet parts:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

For exchanges or warranty claims, please contact us at:
ICT Billet parts are backed by a lifetime warranty.
Non-ICT Billet products include a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Warranty does not cover damages resulting from installation errors, misuse, or negligence.

To ensure a smooth return process, all returns must include the original invoice or order number along with your contact information.

If a return is received without proper documentation, we will hold the item for 10 days while we attempt to contact you.
If no contact is made within 10 days, the item will be discarded, as we cannot process returns without the necessary paperwork.
To avoid delays, please include your invoice or order number and contact details with your return.
