ICT Billet Shipping Policy
At ICT Billet, we strive to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below to ensure a smooth experience.
Shipping Cutoff Times
- Orders for in-stock items must be placed by 3:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) to ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
- If you need an item shipped after the cutoff time, please call us at 📞 (316) 800-6959 to verify if we can accommodate your request via FedEx Air or UPS Red.
- Carriers do not count Saturday or Sunday as travel days.
Free/Paid Shipping
- We offer free shipping on orders $99 or more within the Continental U.S.
For orders that qualify for free shipping, ICT Billet reserves the right to choose the carrier and shipping method at our discretion to ensure efficient delivery. - Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
- Overnight orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday, as carriers do not offer weekend delivery for overnight shipments.
- Saturday and Sunday are not considered transit days by most carriers and are excluded from standard shipping time estimates.
Shipping Recommendations
- Expedited Shipping: If you require overnight or express shipping, select the appropriate shipping method at checkout or contact us before placing your order to ensure availability.
- Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase to prevent delays.
If our shipping system cannot verify your address, we will reach out to confirm or correct it, which may result in a delay in processing your order. - Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Check your email for updates.
- Order Changes & Cancellations: Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been assigned, we are unable to modify the shipping address or the items included in the order. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 316-800-6959 before the order ships.
- Order Discrepancies: All order discrepancies must be reported to ICT Billet Customer Service within 5 business days of delivery. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for review.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: ICT Billet is not responsible for packages that show a delivered status but are lost or stolen after delivery.
If a package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier and rely on their findings for final resolution.
